Overview

The Senior Manager, Annual Giving is a key fundraiser for the mid-level giving program at PanCAN, responsible for managing a portfolio of donors and developing effective fundraising strategies.

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level annual giving supporters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build donor relationships and close gifts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM preferred.
