Overview

The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for supporting and increasing fundraising and donor engagement efforts at Wings Over the Rockies, ensuring the success of the Museum’s development initiatives.

In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive giving strategies to meet annual fundraising goals.
  • Lead and promote annual fundraising campaigns and special events.
  • Identify new fundraising opportunities and cultivate donor relationships.
  • Manage donor communications and recognition efforts.
  • Ensure accurate donor information entry into CRM.
  • Analyze giving trends to support fundraising strategies.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams for donor engagement.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule, with a mix of on-location and remote work.
  • Participate in flexible work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Report to the Chief Development Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in development or fundraising.
  • Extensive knowledge of Blackbaud (Altru) CRM preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing program performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate sensitively with diverse audiences.
