The Annual Giving Officer and Grants Specialist is responsible for driving donor engagement, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing innovative fundraising strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in major gift fundraising and grants management.
• Proven ability to close five- and six-figure gifts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, resilient, and adaptable.
• Experience with CRM/databases and fundraising software preferred.
