Overview

The Grants Specialist will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our growing grant-funded organizations, coordinating financial and operational activities across various teams.

In Short

• Acts as Grant Administrator on multiple projects
• Develops, monitors, and manages budgetary and fiscal tasks related to grants
• Assists in the coordination of institute financials with AIChE budget processes
• Provides Annual and Single Audit assistance
• Supports compliance with cooperative agreements and CFR
• Manages the creation and reporting of invoices and reimbursement processes
• Communicates compliance and financial information for COO approval
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach required
• Strong communication skills for financial and non-financial audiences
• Flexible and organized work style

Requirements

• Experience in grant management
