Project Manager for RAPID Manufacturing Institute - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager works with RAPID’s Leadership to facilitate a wide range of technical and outreach activities within the RAPID Manufacturing Institute, monitoring and facilitating a portfolio of research projects and supporting engagement with current/prospective RAPID members and the broader community.

In Short

• Perform project management for RAPID R&D projects.
• Monitor project teams relative to milestones and identify problems or successes.
• Develop an understanding of technical and financial project risks.
• Ensure proper reporting of project milestones and financials to RAPID leadership and the DOE.
• Assist with strategic program management with senior-level technical staff.
• Maintain and upgrade RAPID member database.
• Assist in implementing routine member surveys.
• Support membership onboarding and renewal processes.
• Provide logistics support for meetings and events.

Requirements

• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in database management.
