Overview

The Grants Officer will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Human Rights Watch, focusing on grant budgeting and financial management.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of finance experience, including grants management.
  • Knowledge of grant budgeting and reporting.
  • Strong financial principles and analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
  • Interest in human rights is desirable.
