Overview

Alpaca is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and initiating the early stages of the sales process.

In Short

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a BDR role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
