Overview

The HR Business Partner will support HR functions across the APAC region, focusing on employee onboarding, compliance, and benefits management.

In Short

• Support employment agreements and onboarding in Japan.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the APAC region.
• Support performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual in at least English and Japanese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Global and cultural sensitivity.
