Overview

The Regional Service Agent at Allstate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering service and billing inquiries, and promoting client loyalty while working in a hybrid role.

In Short

  • Answer customer inquiries over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • General level 1 insurance license or willingness to obtain.
  • Over 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Call center or face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience is a bonus.
