Overview

The Litigation Senior Specialist is responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, damages, and adjusting claims, all while mentoring junior employees.

  • Requires litigation handling experience in New York.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity.

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies.
  • Ability to handle complex claims with discretion.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
