Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be accountable.
  • Reliable internet and dedicated workspace required.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Open to coaching and feedback.
  • High stress tolerance.
  • Must complete licensing within 3 attempts if unlicensed.
  • Must reside in the USA, excluding certain states.
