Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing incoming leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients—all from within the office or remotely. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting our customers throughout the sales process.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate and qualify leads.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and follow up consistently to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and present customized solutions.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate pricing when necessary.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, Telesales, BDR/SDR or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone or video calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
