HubSpot Developer & Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Developer & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of HubSpot across multiple business functions.

In Short

• Implement and manage HubSpot Products including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub.
• Develop custom integrations and automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay.
• Build backend microservices using Python and/or Node.js to extend HubSpot functionality.
• Create API endpoints and backend infrastructure for integration with internal databases and CRMs.
• Automate data processing pipelines for reporting and AI model training using Python scripts.
• Create webhook listeners for real-time event processing.
• Support internal teams with in-house tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead third-party API integrations for data flow between HubSpot and other tools.
• Drive AI-based enhancements within Applicant Tracking Systems using OpenAI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HubSpot implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for backend services and automation scripts.
• Strong background in RevOps strategies and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay.
• Experience in developing AI-powered automation systems is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and real-time data handling.
• Knowledge of data migration best practices.
• Ability to analyze business needs and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
