In Short

• Optimize and automate business processes in HubSpot.
• Maintain a clean and structured CRM system.
• Develop and implement workflows, sequences, templates, and automations.
• Build lead-scoring models and enhance the customer journey.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure CRM data quality.
• Analyze KPIs and generate automated reports.
• Train and support teams in implementing new processes.
• Work collaboratively with various teams.
• Engage in continuous process optimization.
• Fluent in German and English.

Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot, especially in workflows and automations.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven working style.
• Understanding of API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in process optimization.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of tracking tools and new marketing technologies.
• Very good German and English skills.
