The CRM & Automation Specialist will enhance Upfluence’s operational efficiency by managing processes, optimizing workflows, and scaling marketing operations.

• Manage Salesforce operations, including APEX coding and API connections
• Develop and automate workflows to improve efficiency
• Identify and refine processes to improve productivity
• Use data to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions
• Manage the marketing tech stack including Salesforce and AWS
• Lead and manage multiple projects effectively

Requirements

• Background in engineering or development with a focus on process optimization
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and CRM system management
• Adept in tools like Salesforce, MixPanel, Looker Studio, Cargo, and AWS
• Strategic mindset to align initiatives with business objectives
• Strong project management skills
• Effective communicator for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English
