In Short

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Provide first-line support for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Implement and manage HubSpot workflows and integrations.
  • Train team members on best practices for using HubSpot.
  • Monitor data quality and develop reports for performance metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HubSpot workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related queries.
  • Support stakeholders in setting up campaigns and lead allocation.
  • Assist in designing scalable processes for revenue team growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HubSpot administration or CRM support roles.
  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or revenue operations environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, sequences, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data management and troubleshooting within a CRM.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Focused on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools and data management is a plus.
