Overview

The Credit Strategy and Portfolio team at Allica Bank is responsible for managing credit risk and driving growth through effective credit strategies. As a Credit Strategy Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the lending proposition and making strategic decisions to manage a loan portfolio of £3bn.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial lending and credit risk analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of IFRS9 and impairment analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or related field.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GCP and Looker is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in a data-driven role.
