Overview

The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in launching, operationalizing, and strategizing a new buyer-persona focused sales model at HubSpot: sales specialization. This role is essential for addressing the current challenges of our generalist sales approach, ensuring alignment with our platform product strategy, and fueling upmarket growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent level position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical or modeling techniques using tools like Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong capability to identify personal and professional growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.
