Overview

The role involves supporting the execution of the Bank's Introducer strategy and delivering a professional relationship management service to commercial finance brokers and customers.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of commercial finance Introducers in the North of England.
• Review and progress applications from Introducers.
• Ensure excellent customer service for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with all areas of the Bank for seamless service.
• Support lending applications in line with the Bank's policies.
• Comply with mandatory policies and operational procedures.
• Establish and manage personal development objectives.
• Deliver territory Business Plan and targeted lending volumes.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven career progression in business development within the commercial mortgage broker market.
• Knowledge of the commercial finance Introducer market and SME banking.
• Ability to structure new commercial mortgage lending proposals.
• Track record in providing excellent customer service.
• Understanding of financial accounts and business fundamentals.
• History of maximizing value with prospects and customers.
