Regional Manager – Emergency & Urgent Care - Remote

Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing operational support for veterinary hospitals in the Emergency and Urgent Care space, working closely with hospital leaders to enhance performance and implement initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee and lead practice managers at veterinary hospitals.
• Manage operations including staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and practice managers.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to drive improvements.
• Lead post-acquisition integration for new clinics.
• Travel to practices 4 days a week with occasional office days.
• Effective communication and team building skills required.
• 3+ years of experience in veterinary management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations in the veterinary industry.
• Experience in emergency and urgent care required.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• CVPM desirable but not required.
• Must be willing to relocate to NC, SC, or GA.
