Regional Manager – Emergency & Urgent Care - Remote

Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing operational support for veterinary hospitals in the Emergency and Urgent Care space, working closely with hospital leaders to enhance performance and implement initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee and lead practice managers at multiple veterinary hospitals.
• Manage operations including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and practice managers to improve performance.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to drive improvement plans.
• Lead post-acquisition integration for newly acquired clinics.
• Travel to practices 4 days a week with occasional office days.
• Effective communication and team building are essential.
• 3+ years of experience in the veterinary industry required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Southeastern USA.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Highly organized with effective time management.
• Experience in veterinary specialty, emergency, or urgent care.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills for budget and financial review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CVPM certification desirable but not required.
• Must live in or relocate to NC, SC, or GA.
