Overview

Vermeer All Roads is seeking a Full Line Sales Representative to cover the Western NC territory, selling Core, Compact, and Underground Equipment. This role involves hands-on demonstrations and active business development in the field.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Load, transport, and demonstrate compact equipment at customer job sites.
  • Develop new business while managing existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate and sell compact and underground product lines.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Track activity in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  • Work independently and remotely, traveling to customer sites daily.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
  • Previous outside sales experience (heavy equipment preferred).
  • Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
