Overview

We are hiring Territory Sales Reps in several regions of the U.S. to promote our expanding product lines in HVAC and plumbing. This is a remote position, prioritizing candidates close to a major airport with the ability to travel frequently within one of our priority regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in plumbing or HVAC.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in business development and prospecting.
  • Strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
