Overview

Algolia is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and success. This role involves advocating for customers, solving issues, and enhancing the adoption of Algolia's solutions.

In Short

  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and overall success.
  • Lead product training sessions for users.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to manage technical requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize platform usage.
  • Maximize adoption of product features.
  • Document Return on Investment from solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Explore opportunities for account expansion.
  • Analyze lost accounts and strategize for customer retention.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a technical product.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and drive decisions.
  • Experience in managing customer engagements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
