• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to achieve lead generation and CPA targets
• Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic
• Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates
• Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and enhance the customer journey
• Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly with Google Ads and PPC
• Strong understanding of SEO and CRO principles
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Experience with performance reporting tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Hubspot
