The product of the company provides extended security support and vulnerability patching for end-of-life Linux distributions and widely used languages and frameworks, allowing organizations to continue using them safely beyond their official lifecycle. The organization has been on the market since 2009. The company's products are used by thousands of companies around the world. You will be working on the fastest-growing product. It is a fully remote company, with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

In Short

• Own architecture and write production code daily (Python, Go)
• Building & improving CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub)
• Modernizing and refactoring legacy systems safely
• Leading technical decisions, setting engineering standards, mentoring the team
• Defining product vision, roadmap, priorities and managing stakeholder expectations
• Acting as main interface for teams relying on our automation tools
• Leading a small engineering team (4–5 engineers)

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python and Go
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab and GitHub
• Proven ability to modernize legacy systems
• Leadership experience in technical roles
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
