Overview

As VP of Total Rewards and People Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and elevating two successful teams that run our Total Rewards and People Operations functions in a growth-oriented organization, ensuring their continued success and development.

• Provide overall strategic oversight and guidance for existing high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operations and total rewards experience.
• Proven ability to lead change management for compensation transformations.
• Success in leading total rewards in high growth companies.
• Strategic thinker for systems utilization and process optimization.
• Strong foundational knowledge of HR systems and compliance.
• Consultative style with experience supporting senior leaders.
• Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills.
