The Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst will work in the Office of the CEO, supporting transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing Aledade's performance and growth, particularly in delivering value-based care insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 1-2+ years of professional experience in healthcare strategy/operations consulting preferred.
• Master’s Degree strongly valued.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex data analysis.
• Familiarity with value-based care and population health.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity.
