Overview

The Performance Specialist for our Patient & Practice Communications team is responsible for channel marketing operations process, execution and measurement of A+ patient engagement initiatives.

In Short

• Lead execution against channel and technical requirements for various marketing campaigns.
• Work with 3rd party vendors for execution and quality assurance.
• Support implementation of new initiatives and partnerships.
• Develop project plans and manage resources for timely delivery.
• Manage marketing requests and collaborate with partners.
• Facilitate training and coordinate communications for field teams.
• Document job requirements and ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of Channel Marketing & Project Management Experience.
• Experience with vendors and print/production processes.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing communications.
• Attention to detail in documentation and quality control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Project management experience.
