As a Growth Development Representative I (GDR I) at Aledade Inc, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our network by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team.

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads within the primary care sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
