Associate Technical Product Manager (AI) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Point of Care AI team that is building the next generation of AI-powered healthcare technology. As a key member of this team, you will be primarily responsible for our data annotation product and operations.

In Short

• Ownership and project execution for data annotation operations and workflows.
• Executing a roadmap for generative AI model training and evaluation tools.
• Reporting on model success criteria.
• Acting as the internal Subject Matter Expert for evolving data annotation schema.
• Collaborating with product team members, business owners, data analysts, designers, and engineers.
• Developing and refining requirements, project goals, and implementation approaches.
• Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and monitoring key metrics.
• Writing detailed user stories for new features.
• Managing day-to-day operations of data annotation workflows.
• Hands-on building of innovative technology while developing skills as a product manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 2+ years of product management or similar technology experience.
• Experience with generative AI model training and evaluation operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, ideally for outpatient settings.
• Experience with at least one Electronic Health Record.
• Operations/Project management experience.
• Experience using data and primary research for business decision-making.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Experience writing clear specifications / technical writing.
