Associate Technical Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Oversee the development and management of the document automation cloud service.
• Manage the on-premises document automation template design solution utilizing Microsoft Workflow Foundation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Assist in the creation of product marketing strategies and materials.
• Provide support to product, sales, and customer service teams to address related inquiries and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of document generation, automation, and distribution technologies.
• Understanding of Azure technologies including Azure Functions and the Power Platform is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR).
