Overview

As a Business Analyst at Elite Technology, you will drive business process improvements for our financial SaaS solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.

In Short

Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to document business requirements.
Define and document personas based on configuration patterns.
Analyze and map business processes for improvement.
Align business processes with SaaS automation and cloud capabilities.
Work with engineers during SDLC to integrate requirements into solutions.
Maintain a knowledge base of system behaviors and business logic.
Define documentation standards for reuse across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience with SQL.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on SaaS and financial applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with data analytical and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies.
