Overview

As a Specialist, Payer Operations at Aledade, you’ll take ownership of bringing payer products to life—guiding them from contract signature through launch, activation, and ongoing performance.

In Short

• Serve as single-threaded owner and project coordinator for assigned payer products.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert on assigned payer products.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure product readiness and alignment.
• Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Report on product and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
• Direct experience in Payer Contracting/Value Based Care is preferred.
