Overview

The Flex Market Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve quality and savings targets within the Service Model and Innovation Department at Aledade, adapting support based on market needs.

• Lead strategy development and execution for program goals.
• Serve as interim Market Manager when necessary.
• Ensure implementation of new program requirements.
• Manage and train assigned staff for team effectiveness.
• Set and review KPIs with team members.

• Travel 10-25% of the time as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in healthcare or related fields.
• 6-8+ years of experience in relevant competencies.
• 3-5 years of direct management experience.
• Ability to perform project and account management best practices.
• Results-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel.
