As a Market Manager in our gift shops, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging from the heart while creating an exceptional Guest experience.

In Short

• Lead sales and team performance in home and area stores.
• Travel 50% of the time to assigned stores.
• Meet performance measurables and KPIs.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandise compliance.
• Handle customer service issues effectively.
• Complete daily operational procedures with diligence.
• Flexibility to open and close stores as needed.
• Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, 2+ years in management.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in evaluating and hiring personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.
