In Short

• Lead sales and performance goals for home store and assigned stores.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Build sales-driven teams to success.
• Responsible for store staffing and training.
• Provide performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with merchandising.
• Handle customer service issues effectively.
• Ensure operational procedures are completed efficiently.
• Execute Lori's Gifts procedures in all stores.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, 2+ years in management.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in evaluating and hiring personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible to open and close store independently.
• Specialty or big box experience preferred.
• Multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.
