Overview

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Optimization Lead will play a key role in optimizing EHR solutions that enable Aledade’s partner practices to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and increase efficiency.

In Short

• Lead EHR Optimization and Associated Project Management.
• Coordinate assessments of EHR utilization and identify optimization areas.
• Assist practices with leveraging EHR systems for strategic initiatives.
• Support MIPS compliance for practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead implementation of EHR integration technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and train practice staff.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Provide EHR expertise and develop educational materials.
• Mentor team members and facilitate training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; significant relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu.
• 6+ years experience in a client-facing project lead role in healthcare.
• 3+ years experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs.
• Experience in project management and mentoring team members.
• Deep understanding of Epic Ambulatory.
