Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Lead - Remote

Overview

As SEO Lead at OnePay, your work will have a direct impact on brand visibility, organic growth, and new customer acquisition. You will define the SEO strategy and lead its execution across platforms and partnerships to drive search engine results, traffic to OnePay.com, and account conversion.

In Short

• Develop and lead the SEO strategy and execution plan to drive organic rankings, traffic, and acquisition goals
• Optimize for AI chat bot LLMs and other emerging search technologies
• Manage and grow organic visibility across platforms like Google, YouTube, walmart.com, and key third-party partners
• Drive organic content strategy and development, including backlinks and technical SEO
• Build and execute a website acquisition test-and-learn agenda for our full product portfolio

Requirements

• 8+ years of SEO strategy and execution with a proven track record of success in driving organic search traffic and conversion
• SEO expertise in both traditional search and AI chat bot LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
• Strong understanding of backlink strategies, technical SEO, and content development
• Experience working in fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with an ability to influence across teams
• Proven quantitative skills and ability to turn performance, market, and customer data into insights and action
