The Staff Technical Account Manager - DERMS provides expertise in ensuring customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on technical support, account management, and advocacy for GE Digital software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Technical experience in supporting DERMS and related systems.
  • Experience with IT software support, including Kubernetes and Kafka.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Developing persuasion skills to influence others.
  • Awareness of competition and market differentiation.
  • Ability to work independently with some autonomy.
