Overview

The Senior Customer Account Leader will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts within the Gas Power sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the power generation industry.
  • Ability to work on-site in Southern California.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in Lean processes and tools.
  • Strong operational judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate within the US if necessary.
