Overview

The Lead Service Specialist will manage resources and logistics for services and maintenance activities on customer's power plants, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.

In Short

  • Act as the single point of contact for customer support.
  • Responsible for departmental operations planning and execution.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies.
  • Direct people management responsibilities including staffing and performance development.
  • Maintain contact for ongoing technical and business support.
  • Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
  • Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.
  • Experience in planning and executing outages is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Must be stationed at the customer’s site in southern Taiwan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience in the power industry.
  • Field engineering or gas turbine maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
