Overview

The Lead, Customer Service Specialist at AdaptHealth is responsible for monitoring and measuring the performance of the customer service team, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing support to staff to enhance patient care.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for the Customer Service team.
  • Resolves questions generated from phone calls.

  • Identifies root causes of issues and improves processes.
  • Maintains knowledge of HME products and services.
  • Assists in setting department standards.
  • Evaluates performance with key metrics.
  • Manages department budget and expenses.
  • Prepares reports for leadership.
  • Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer service management experience required.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or medical terminology preferred.
