Overview

The Partner Success Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing relationships with strategic partners in the cellular and telecom industries. This role requires a strong technical understanding of our product, expertise in sales enablement, and the ability to take ownership of processes from 0 to 1. The primary focus will be on managing key partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our collaborations.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize partner performance.
  • Leverage technical product expertise to guide partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proactively address challenges within partnerships.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in partner success or management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of technical products.
  • Experience enabling partner teams with tools and resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from 0 to 1.
  • Expert project manager with great organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
