Overview

The National Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our network of VAR partners across the country. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting VARs to ensure they are equipped to drive sales and meet our company’s goals.

In Short

  • Identify potential VAR partners that align with our company’s market goals and values.
  • Develop training materials and conduct initial training sessions for new VAR partners.
  • Maintain and support relationships with VAR partners through various communication methods.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop empowering strategies.
  • Utilize CRM to track VAR sales performance and address underperformance.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term channel strategies.
  • Identify market trends and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide feedback from VARs.
  • Present findings to senior management and recommend action plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years experience in channel management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of VAR networks and the technology market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fast and self-learning individual.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
