Overview

Akeyless is seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to enhance customer relationships and ensure successful implementation of its cloud-native SaaS platform.

In Short

  • Work model: 1 day from home, 4 days from the office.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new customers.
  • Accelerate adoption of the Akeyless platform.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot advanced issues.
  • Log customer requirements and collaborate with product teams.
  • Understand customer business challenges and provide solutions.
  • Create added value as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in Technical Post-Sales roles.
  • Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and Configuration Management tools.
  • Sales orientation combined with technical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.

Benefits

  • Experience in Cyber Security or DevOps domains is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management and Certificate Management.
  • Experience in scripting/programming is advantageous.
