Akeyless Security is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to cover maternity leave for approximately 9 months, managing the end-to-end hiring processes across various departments in Israel and the US.

In Short

• Work model: 1 day from home, 4 days from the office.
• Manage E2E hiring processes in Israel and the US.
• Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews.
• Source and reach out to potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech/startup environment.
• End-to-End recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Global hiring experience, particularly in the US.
• Experience with Comeet ATS is a must.
• Proficient in relevant sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Results-oriented and motivated.
• Flexible to work US hours.
