  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Strategic leader known for aligning technical teams around business outcomes.
  • Passionate about building high-performing teams.
  • Calm and confident under pressure, especially in high-stakes escalations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and comfortable making data-informed decisions.
