  • Develop operational processes and best practices.
  • Handle additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in telecommunications and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Prior Tier 3 or senior support experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecom systems and network protocols.
  • Expertise in Adtran or Cisco CPE configuration.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP and PBX systems.
  • Proficiency in QoS management and LAN/WAN optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
