Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager - Remote

Overview

AireSpring is seeking a proactive, assertive, and experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager to lead our receivables and collection function.

In Short

• Lead and motivate the Accounts Receivable and Collections team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for billing dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
• Develop and refine strategies to improve collection effectiveness.
• Review customer credit applications and establish credit limits.
• Manage collections for enterprise and wholesale accounts.
• Analyze aging trends and report on A/R performance.
• Drive automation initiatives within ERP and CRM platforms.
• Handle escalated accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members for enhanced performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
• Strong knowledge of telecom billing processes.
• Leadership experience in managing teams handling enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to design A/R system enhancements.
• Experience with customer creditworthiness evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and collections management platforms.
• Working knowledge of collection and credit compliance regulations.
